Do's and Don'ts of Winter Exercise!
While many of us gravitate towards the gym or the treadmill during cold weather, getting outside for an occasional workout can help break up the monotony of winter. Safety is always the most important thing, so when the "polar vortex" sets in (as it has today), staying outside for any length of time is not a good idea.
